The Fourth Trimester Recovery Package provides you with calm, consistent support in the first month after birth. I focus on maternal recovery, newborn feeding, and establishing a confident rhythm at home. Each visit brings hands-on guidance, education, and practical help so you can heal, rest, and bond with your baby, without feeling overwhelmed.
Expect a four-week in-home recovery program that centers the birthing parent’s healing and feeding goals. Sessions include lactation education, newborn feeding techniques, formula or pumping guidance, maternal recovery coaching, and early postpartum symptom awareness. We support you in creating safe sleep routines, maintaining milk supply, preventing clogged ducts, and navigating normal newborn behavior. Includes ongoing text access between visits for real-time questions and reassurance. Each visit is 5 hours, but extended hours are available.
